“Design Thinking for advertising professionals at Big Bang Awards”
Unbox executed the Design Thinking Intensive program at the Ritz Carlton hotel for the creative professionals from Digital, Creative, Advertising and Media across 7 categories, extending over -Print, TV, Radio and Mobile platforms. Ad agencies are no longer transforming brands, as they are now built from a combination of customer experiences rather than just traditional advertising. The workshop involved
  • – learning about the difficulties people face, as well as uncovering their latent needs and desires in order to explain their behaviours
  • – learning design-thinking processes that counteract human biases that thwart creativity while addressing the challenges
  • – garner insights which helped teams agree on design criteria they use to brainstorm solutions
