Geetha is a Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience with a specialization in Executive Coaching and Diversity & Inclusion. She has worked on multiple projects across global organizations with a key focus on women empowerment, persons with disabilities and the LGBTQ community. She previously worked with IBM for more than 10 years in various functions of Human Resources and Training & Development.
Geetha has designed and facilitated over 100+ projects across various industries like manufacturing, technology, financial services, retail, education, and healthcare. She has coached groups and individuals in communication, storytelling, design thinking and personal effectiveness. She is also a certified Design Thinking and MBTI practitioner and an Image Consultant from ICBI, Bangalore.
She has also received the highest level of certification in public speaking and leadership skills – Distinguished Toastmaster by Toastmasters International, a Communication and Leadership Forum based in the United States.
Maria has over 15+ years of experience and is certified in Advanced Neuro-linguistic Programming and Executive Coaching. She designs and facilitates women leadership programs for women across the Middle East.
Maria’s main focus is on Human Mastery programs, which drive transformations for happier, healthier and more productive people, teams, organizations and communities. In 2020, she launched The Women In-POWERment program and The Conscious Leader program. These programs help individuals and organizations to take a collaborative, expansive and human approach to building a resilient future, from the inside out.
Maria’s continued passion for bringing wellness to the world led her to launch Little Miss Wellness, a consulting concept where she designs and supports wellness programs. Her projects have included supporting the UAE Ministry of Happiness in their mission. She is a certified facilitator for the ‘Taking the Stage’ program licensed from the Humphrey Group for the women leadership learning journeys. She has also collaborated with ‘Women On Bay Street’ to host events and talk on topics related to supporting women in leadership roles.
With over 30 years of experience in finance in top MNCs and having coached leaders across multiple industries, he is the actual “Guru” of Unbox. His wide range of interests and talents makes you wonder if he has 36 hours in a day! From music to mythology, he really knows it all!
Guru’s curiosity and zest for learning makes him a sponge to all things new and interesting. A fine conversationalist and a true storyteller at heart, he’ll make sure every conversation with him is a memorable one. The Sphinx of Unbox, nothing escapes Sarah’s poker face. Fierce, dedicated and loyal, she supports the Experience Design team as a research intern by getting to the heart of the learning concept and simplifying it into its core essentials. A major in finance, she spends her free time gardening, traveling, hiking and reading.
Meet Neha!
A firebrand literature graduate with 15 years’ work experience, Neha brings zany energy as a research consultant with the Experience Design team at Unbox. She loves researching new and innovative frameworks, case studies and activities to bring depth and gravitas to the content. In her free time, she likes to play with her 6-year-old, explore new places and experiment in the kitchen.
Meet Sarojini!
Sarojini’s skills and expertise with back-end management of virtual conferencing platforms has gained her the moniker of “Tech Host Ninja”. She smoothly manages even the most complex our virtual programs, with just a deft swish of her wrists. A graduate in Commerce, her friendly nature and great communication skills help her expertly coordinate with our national and international learning experts and consultants. She is also our secret songbird. When no one is looking, Sarojini loves to sing and is also a part of her church choir.
Meet Shivi!
Fun loving, cordial and a true team player, Shivi is Unbox’s Project Manager extraordinaire. A philosophy graduate from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University, and an MBA aspirant, Shivi’s dedication and commitment ensures that our projects run smoothly and on schedule. Complimenting the drama of Project Management, Shivi is also a huge Bollywood fan, delivering movie dialogues with at-most-ease. Not just that, she is also a trained Hindustani Classical singer and her melodic renditions are a staple of our internal meetings.
Meet Varsha!
The veteran of Unbox, Varsha has a calm, friendly and patient approach that puts our clients at ease as a part of her role in the Client Delivery Team. An Information Science Engineering graduate with an MBA in HR, Varsha accomplishes the most complicated of tasks with a smile on her face and is ever ready to offer help to those who seek it. But don’t be misled by her sweet nature. This badass of the office was a college topper and was also among the top 10 on the merit list of SSB (Service Selection Board), Indian Army.
With an energy that lights up any room that she walks into and a passion for capturing memories and experiences, Prakriti (or PP as she is fondly known) does double duty of social media and project management. With her interest in business management and a distinctly millennial mindset, she is full of attractive and creative ideas that drive innovation in our offerings. A fashionista by virtue, she never misses her #OOTD check, with devoted attention to her nail paint!
Meet Vinitha!
An integral part of our operations team, Vinitha thoroughly ensures that all important factors like props, travel and vendor management are taken care of. With her constant energy, she jumps from one task to another, without bothering to take a break.
Her favorite thing about Unbox is the immense amount of learning that happens here. She is always eager to imbibe the concepts that our programs deliver.
Her other interests include traveling, reading books and binge-watching movies. And watch out if you are planning to play a game with her, she can get super-competitive!
Meet Shailiza!
When anyone says strategy, there’s only one name that rings in the halls of Unbox – Shailiza! She has worked extensively in the social impact space, designing and executing scalable and sustainable strategies to help state governments in India deliver value for citizens. A Young India Fellow (Ashoka University) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Liberal Studies, Shailiza champions redefining learning and building new-age, creative leaders. She loves traveling, playing the ukulele and is also a proud plant mom.

Unbox’s resident bean counter and treasurer, Seema’s meticulous, organized bookkeeping and vast experience in finance and HR, helps bolster engagements with our clients and consultants. Not just that, she also ensures that all of us at office have a comfortable and pleasant time. With her crystal-clear style of communication, affectionate nature and an attitude of gratitude, she never fails to appreciate her colleagues. This ever-smiling empath is also a stellar cook, surprising the team during lunch with her delectable treats.

A lover of language and literature with a journalism degree to boot and a penchant for writing, she helps Unbox with supplementary content and project management. Meet Nandini!
Spunky and jovial, Nandini brings her unique brand of balance to the operations team. She is to vegetables what Picasso is to paintings. Her love and passion for vegetable carving is unmatched. A commerce Graduate with experience in various domains like Edutech, digital marketing and e-commerce, she is responsible for coordinating and managing our large group of learning consultants at Unbox.
Meet Joel!
Hailing from the coastal city of Mangalore, Joel confesses openly to being an explorer of human minds and behaviors. A math graduate by qualification, Joel’s heart has always belonged to creating learning experiences for people. His stint in the education sector further consolidated his belief in redesigning the approach to learning, which led him straight to Unbox. Apart from the intricacies of the human psyche, Classic rock, South Indian films and cooking makes his world go round.

Our in-house gaming expert, Gaurav believes that life is just like running between 22 yards; after all he is an ex-state level cricketer. At Unbox, he brings our crazy thoughts to life by designing creatives, videos and collaterals that take our breath away. A graduate of mass communication, journalism and film studies, Gaurav loves travelling and taking photographs, sometimes at the same time.
Meet Ayushi!
When she’s not giving every hobby idea a try (swimming, dancing, travelling; there’s so much she wants to do!), Ayushi spends her time at Unbox creating effective, memorable content for our learning program and puts the “fun” in learning fundamentals. With a Master’s in Education, she truly believes that learning is a lifelong process. A true Delhi-ite by spirit, the way to her heart goes through her stomach.
Meet Sanjay!
The man with a hundred hands, Sanjay has his toes, feet and legs happily dipped in all things Unbox, be it printing, gardening, photography, store keeping or even general admin and maintenance. It is his work and undying support that are integral to the execution of our projects. His cheerful attitude and humor keep us all entertained. Ask him what his favorite thing about Unbox is, and he will instantly say, “Outbounds!”
Wonderer, wanderer, weekender…Siddharth is an engineer who is trying to find his place in the world and possibly leave his mark. At Unbox, he’s a part of the Client Delivery Team.
After spending more than 4 years at a blue chip MNC, handling sales and marketing in a waste management company for a couple of years, running a cafe for 8 odd months and consulting on content strategy, time was ripe for him to delve headfirst into a new challenge teeming with possibilities and energy. “And that’s how I came across Unbox” he says. A trained dancer, amateur actor and a passionate foodie, creativity is what drives him. He truly believes that humility and a smile can go a long way!
Meet Brahmay!
Linked to Unbox since its very inception, Brahmay is the Creative Design Lead. A certified yoga instructor, a marathon runner and a music lover, Brahmay seeks perfection in everything he does. From the experience of working at the British consulate helping underprivileged youth, to working as a designer in the advertising world, he brings together a keen eye for design and a passion that is infectious. Brahmay also doubles as the designated office DJ, busting out just the right tunes to suit the mood.

At Unbox she leads the Women Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion programs. A certified Executive and Image coach, she believes in the power of an impactful presence. When not immersing herself in Buddhism, Bollywood music and Blogging, ask her who’s the perfect partner on a rainy day and she’ll promptly say “Chai!”.

Apart from his global accomplishments in Design Thinking and Business Storytelling, this engineer turned entrepreneur chooses magic and humor as his weapons of choice to change the mindset of the learners. Warm and welcoming, he pushes the team to deliver the best and helps them realize their true potential. This is the reason that the entire team at Unbox says that he’s the #BestBossEver!
