We collaborated with one of the largest multinational retail corporations for 4 consecutive years to deliver a 6- month long leadership development journey. The dual-objective journey aimed to equip high-potential leaders with a creative problem-solving approach and sharpen their individual and team leadership skills.
The journey focused on enabling the leaders to use the Design Thinking framework to come up with sustainable solutions for business challenges mapped to their work projects and aligned with their senior leaders. We covered the key collaborative aspects of the program in person and conducted the coaching sessions virtually in our most recent iteration of the program.
The blended, hybrid learning journey included in-house assessments, innovative learning tools, immersive learning labs, and executive coaching that helped the leaders generate more than 2000 ideas for the business challenges.
