Using storytelling techniques to build a customer-centric approach for global leaders

Unbox was invited to conduct a short-burst program on Business Storytelling intensive for global leaders from Singapore, Sri Lanka, Philippines and India for one of the world’s leading companies in the water treatment field. In this program the leaders were able to craft and seek customer perspectives on success stories of the organization.

As an outcome of the session, leaders were able to
