Purpose

Unbox partnered with Capgemini to deliver a customized workshop for 44 of their leaders, focusing on transforming the organization into a more employee-centric, data-driven entity. The workshop was structured around the 5Ps framework—People, Policy, Platform, Partner, and Process—and utilized Design Thinking tools to inspire leaders to approach challenges with fresh perspectives and creative solutions.

Challenge

Capgemini aimed to enhance its employee-centric focus while integrating data-driven decision-making across its operations. The challenge lay in aligning the organization’s leadership on how to balance these priorities and apply innovative thinking to address workplace challenges. The leaders needed a structured approach to transform their day-to-day processes and create a more inclusive, data-oriented culture.

Unbox Solution

Unbox designed a hands-on workshop using the Design Thinking framework to help the 44 leaders of Capgemini explore and apply innovative approaches to their workplace challenges. The workshop focused on:

  1. 5Ps Framework: Leaders explored each pillar—People, Policy, Platform, Partner, and Process—through Design Thinking exercises, allowing them to reframe challenges and discover new solutions.
