We worked as a consulting partner with a global consulting firm to design and develop a learning experience for their client, an Indian multinational consumer goods company. We co-created a 1.5-day long offsite for the IT department of the target organization to empower them with a Design Thinking approach to come up with innovative ideas for the following key challenges at hand:
  1. Workplace modernization
  2. Public cloud adoption
  3. Data security during cloud migration
The Design Thinking tools helped them think out of the box and come up with inventive and innovative solutions. In all, there were a total of 128 ideas generated by the end of the program. The learners also took away individual commitments on how they would implement the solutions they came up with.
