Unbox Solution

Unbox designed a two-phased intensive learning journey to enable both leadership and team-wide transformation:

Phase 1: Strategic Leadership Alignment

Through ethnographic research, Unbox gained insights into the organization’s core challenges and introduced the senior leadership team to creative problem-solving tools. Leaders were trained to develop a solution-oriented mindset and align with the mission of driving customer-centric innovations. This phase also focused on bringing the leadership team together, ensuring they were aligned with the company’s transformation objectives.

Phase 2: Org-wide Transformation

Unbox empowered over 180 high-potential employees, divided into three batches of 60+ learners, through a structured learning program based on the Design Thinking framework. The program focused on helping these teams embrace organizational changes, drive innovation, and approach challenges with a creative, customer-first perspective. This phase was reinforced by mentoring and coaching sessions provided by expert Unbox coaches, ensuring that participants had ongoing support and guidance.

Impact

The program resulted in a profound transformation at both the leadership and organizational levels. The leadership team became more aligned and equipped to drive the company’s innovation agenda, while the broader workforce adopted a more innovative and customer-centric approach to their work. The Design Thinking framework, coupled with mentorship, helped to embed a culture of innovation across the company, leading to significant, measurable outcomes.
