We collaborated with India’s leading concreting equipment manufacturers to bring about an org-wide transformation as they rebooted their Brand Identity. We designed and delivered an intensive 2-phased learning journey for the senior leaders as well as their downline team to help them ease into and adopt the organizational level changes.
The 2 phases included:
- Strategic Leadership Alignment: We understood the challenges of the org with ethnographic research and equipped the leadership team with creative problem-solving tools to develop a solution-oriented, customer-centric mindset. We further helped the leaders come together to align on the mission of the program.
- Org-wide Transformation: We empowered the high-potential team to bring about org-wide transformation in three batches. We introduced the 60+ learners in each batch with the Design Thinking framework to approach challenges and embrace change.
The learning programs were integrated with mentoring and coaching connects by our expert coaches. The program resulted in the generation of 8,776 ideas, 262 implemented prototypes, and 360X estimated return on investment within 1 year.
