The Managing Directors and Directors underwent a 16-hour intensive program to design a strategy for engagement with the younger workforce. The program helped them in understanding the ground reality, accept it and work towards solving for it.
We introduced the creative problem solving framework of Design Thinking where the leaders got an opportunity to understand each other’s perspectives, brainstorm collaboratively, come up with executable solutions and share that with their peers.
The high-energy session with real-world examples helped the leaders unbox and understand the tools of Design Thinking. The problem–solving process they used was full of creativity, which encouraged collaboration and focused on a ‘people-first’ mindset.
