Co-creating a Strategic Leadership Experience that would map out a strategy for FY23-24. This initiative aimed to optimize current operations while building a future-focused, innovative leadership culture, aligned with RSM’s emphasis on digital transformation, sustainability, and purpose-driven action.

As a global leader in audit, tax, and consulting services, RSM USI faced the dual challenge of optimizing present-day operations while preparing for future growth and transformation. The leadership team needed to align on a strategy that leveraged their data-driven, digital-first approach, all while ensuring their actions aligned with sustainability and purpose. Additionally, the challenge lay in harmonizing empathy, creativity, and rationality to drive business success in an increasingly complex and competitive landscape.

Unbox worked closely with RSM USI to design an immersive Leadership Alignment Offsite, using in-depth research and insight tools to understand the leadership dynamics and strategic needs of the organization. The offsite experience focused on:
