Saveen Hegde is a certified Design Thinking practitioner from Harvard University and Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has led consulting engagements on Design Thinking, which have proven to be highly effective for leaders of 70+ Fortune 500 companies, in about 8 countries. He also did his Executive Management Program in Neuroscience at the Sloan School of Management, MIT.
Saveen represented India in the World Championship of Public Speaking in 2017 and was recognized as one of the top 10 public speakers in the world by Toastmasters International. He competed amongst 33,000 participants from over 100 countries.
Apart from his expertise in Design Thinking, Saveen is an improvisational theatre artist who has done over 300 live performances in 4 countries for over 2,00,000 people. He learned improv theatre at the renowned UCB theatre in New York. He also founded the Indian Improv Tribe!.
Shrirupa Sengupta (Shri) is a theatre-based leadership facilitator and coach with 10+ years of experience. She leads the communications function at a global not-for-profit and performs as a stand-up comedienne in India. Shri has been a columnist for First Post, Outlook, Deccan Herald, The Quint and more.
Prior to this, Shri worked as a Technical Officer in the Department of AIDS Control, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India. She extensively freelanced in the Media, Advertising, Communications and Marketing space. For her entrepreneurial journey, Shri was recognized as the Thought Leader of the year 2018 by Women Entrepreneurs for Transformation.
She has coached leaders and teams from various industries spanning from Technology to the Not-For-Profit space in areas like Growth Mindset, Everyday Mindfulness, Executive Presence, High Impact Communication, Systems Innovation, Personal Branding and Mental Resilience.
